c. Kitchen is good size. The extra cabinets added by the owner are very good.

d. Basement is above the ground with a door exit to the backyard. The finished area can be a very nice office or family room.

e. I like the way how the living room is connected with the dining area in the kitchen through an open wall window.

f. Good closet space.

Overall, this house is very pleasant. Both the third floor and the finished basement feel like nice family room areas. I wish there were another bedroom on the second level, instead of counting the third floor space as a bedroom. This is a completely move-in condition house and is definitely worth a tour. The real property feels/looks even nicer than MLS pictures.
