Pros:

a. Good neighborhood!

b. The owner did a great job renovating and the house is well maintained. With limited space, the owner tastefully fixed the kitchen with an eat-in island. And the original dining room space is designed into a family room / study office area. This change is not bad. But your option to change it back into a dining room is still open and you may use the current dining room as a mud room or a small family room?

c. A good-size yard, nice for kids.

d. One of the full baths is much bigger than most of the regular bathrooms. If you want to add in a separate shower stall, it is possible. If not, the current bathroom also feels very comfortable.

e. The basement is very nicely done. Cute colors and nice selection of carpets. It feels very homey. Also, the storage is completely shut off from the finished area in the basement. And the storage space is pretty good.

f. The hardwood floor is the original real wood. The most recent refinishing looks pretty nice though certain areas are a bit too worn to look new.
